DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By attending, participating in, registering for, or otherwise engaging with Wholesaling Live LLC, its website www.WholesalingLive.com, any related services, courses, videos, events (including but not limited to “Wholesaling Live”), or other business activities provided under or in connection with the Wholesaling Live™ trademark (hereafter referred to as “Wholesaling Live,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Attendee,” “Participant,” “You,” or “User”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms in full. This is a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree, do not attend or participate in any way.

1. NO LEGAL, TAX, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE
All information provided by Wholesaling Live, whether verbal, written, or presented in any format, is strictly for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing shared at our events, in our content, or by any speaker, host, partner, employee, agent, or affiliate of Wholesaling Live constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for seeking professional advice before implementing any strategies or techniques presented.

2. NO GUARANTEES OR PROMISES OF INCOME
Wholesaling Live makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding earnings, outcomes, business success, or any result of participation in any of its events or programs. 3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

  • Direct marketing
  • Use of scripts or contracts
  • Acquiring or selling property
  • Submitting deals
  • Contacting sellers or buyers
  • Interacting with title companies

You acknowledge that certain activities may involve regulatory, legal, or compliance risk, including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state licensing laws, DNC (Do Not Call) compliance, or marketing regulations. You take full legal responsibility for your conduct.

4. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby irrevocably waive, release, and discharge Wholesaling Live LLC, the Wholesaling Live™ trademark, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, speakers, partners, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities—whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed—arising out of or in any way connected to your participation, reliance, or use of any aspect of Wholesaling Live, including without limitation, claims related to:

  • Misuse of information
  • TCPA or telemarketing law violations
  • Regulatory or compliance issues
  • Civil or criminal complaints
  • Business or financial losses
  • Real estate transaction disputes
  • Injury, loss, or damages of any kind (whether physical, economic, reputational, or emotional)

5. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wholesaling Live LLC, its owners, managers, agents, partners, employees, representatives, speakers, affiliates, and contractors from and against any and all losses, damages, claims, actions, suits, proceedings, judgments, fines, penalties, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or resulting from:

  • Your attendance at any Wholesaling Live event
  • Your reliance on or use of any material or information provided
  • Your marketing, cold calling, or outreach activities
  • Your real estate transactions or offers
  • Your business practices related to what you learned at Wholesaling Live
  • This obligation survives your participation in any event or interaction with the Company.

6. NO EMPLOYMENT OR AGENCY RELATIONSHIP
Your participation does not create any agency, joint venture, partnership, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and Wholesaling Live. You act on your own behalf at all times.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to this Disclaimer shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY
This Disclaimer, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, represents the entire agreement between you and Wholesaling Live regarding liability and risk. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. ACCEPTANCE
By registering, attending, or participating in any way with Wholesaling Live, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all terms of this Disclaimer. You waive any right to bring a legal claim or action against the Company or its representatives.

DISCLAIMER OF EARNINGS, RESULTS, AND LIABILITY
